Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

- A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.

- Booking confirmation will be shared with the customer after payment and availability confirmation.

- Vehicle and hotel availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

- The customer must provide correct travel details, passenger information and contact details.

2. Payment

- The advance amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

- The remaining payment must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.

- For bookings made close to the travel date, full or higher advance payment may be required.

- Additional charges arising from changes requested by the customer will be payable separately.

3. Vehicle Rental

- Vehicle type will be provided as confirmed during booking, subject to availability.

- In case of an unavoidable vehicle issue, Hem Travels may provide a similar or suitable replacement vehicle.

- Vehicle usage is limited to the agreed itinerary, route, kilometres and duration.

- Additional kilometres, extra hours, route changes or additional sightseeing may be charged separately.

- Pickup and drop timings are subject to traffic, road conditions and other local circumstances.

- The driver will operate the vehicle according to applicable driving and safety regulations.

4. Hotel Accommodation

- Hotel rooms are subject to availability and confirmation.

- Room category will be as mentioned in the quotation/booking confirmation.

- Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply.

- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges.

- Hotel tariffs may vary during festivals, long weekends, peak seasons and special events.

5. Tour Itinerary

- The itinerary is planned based on the information available at the time of booking.

- Sightseeing order may be changed depending on traffic, weather, local restrictions, temple timings or other circumstances.

- Any sightseeing not included in the confirmed itinerary will be chargeable.

- Some attractions may have separate entry tickets, permits or booking requirements.

6. Cancellation & Refund

- Cancellation charges will depend on the cancellation date and the cancellation policies of the hotels, vehicle operators and other service providers.

- Any non-refundable amount charged by hotels, transport providers, attractions or other suppliers will be deducted from the refund.

- No refund will normally be provided for unused services after the tour has started.

- Refund processing time may depend on the payment method and service providers involved.

- The exact cancellation policy applicable to a booking will be communicated in the quotation or booking confirmation wherever applicable.

7. Safari, Permits & Entry Tickets

- Wildlife safari permits, White Rann permits, attraction tickets and special darshan tickets are subject to availability.

- Such tickets are not included unless specifically mentioned in the package.

- Hem Travels cannot guarantee availability of tickets controlled by government departments, temples, parks or other authorities.

8. Customer Responsibilities

- Customers must carry valid government-issued identity documents where required.

- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables and luggage.

- Customers must follow hotel, vehicle, temple, wildlife park and attraction rules.

- Any damage to hotel property or vehicle caused by the customer may be charged separately.

9. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

- Hem Travels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, natural events, government restrictions, strikes, vehicle breakdowns or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

- In such situations, the itinerary may need to be modified for safety and operational reasons.

- Any additional expenses arising from such changes may be payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

10. Pricing & Taxes

- Package prices are based on the inclusions mentioned in the quotation.

- Prices may change due to hotel tariff changes, fuel-related costs, taxes, permits or other supplier charges before final confirmation.

- Any applicable government taxes or charges not included in the quoted price will be communicated separately.

11. Changes to Booking

- Any change in travel date, passenger count, vehicle, hotel, itinerary or other service is subject to availability.

- Changes may result in additional charges or cancellation fees.

- Customers should inform Hem Travels as early as possible about any requested changes.

12. General

- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

- The final quotation/booking confirmation shared with the customer will take priority over general website information where specific arrangements differ.

- Terms may vary depending on the particular package, vehicle rental or booking.

- Hem Travels reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when required.
